Do unused hours roll over?
Hours are allocated monthly and don’t roll over, but we’ll always give you a heads up before you’re close to your limit so we can plan accordingly.
Can I change my package?
Absolutely. You can scale up or down with 30 days notice. We want your support to grow with your business.
What if I need more hours one month?
Overflow hours are billed at the standard $45/hr rate. We’ll always get your approval before going over.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to get the most out of the relationship. After that, packages are month-to-month.
